Gymnastics rings are fantastic for increasing the difficulty and range of motion in your bodyweight pec workouts. ‘Suspension training’ is all the rage right now, but ignore the expensive TRX and get yourself some gymnastics rings instead so that you can save cash and do dips muscle ups too.
