How is This Different From SuperFunctional Training 2?
I tried to take on board all the feedback I got from SF2 and incorporate everything I’ve learned in the last four years of training and research. This system begins with a much more streamlined and easy-to-implement program (some people found SF2 overly complex) but it can be expanded with drop sets and other methods to suit your requirements. To this end it comes with a FAR larger range of different exercise suggestions that you can swap in and out.
The program also has a greater emphasis on movement and skills – hence the name! To that end, it is designed to be incorporated with skill training and there is explanation as to how you can do that. It also comes with a far more detailed mobility routine.
The book is entirely new and much larger and explores entirely new concepts – including a glyph system that aims to codify movement and allow you to create your own routines.
In short it is bigger and better in every way while also being more focussed and streamlined.
