Hey man, not sure if this is the right place to contact you but I’m gonna try my luck.
First of all, long long time subscriber, my absolute favourite youtuber, full stop.
I’ve reached the harrowing age of 30. I never expected this to happen. All the rumours are true. But for reals, genuinely over night I have somehow sustained the worst injury of my life so far, it’s really incapacitated me.
Do you have any physical and mental advice for recovery? It’s been so deeply humbling to have my body taken away from me, but I also want to do my best to stop this from happening again. Any word would be greatly appreciated.
