Can You Build Big Muscle With JUST Bodyweight Training?
By Adam Sinicki on July 1, 2014
Here I discuss whether it’s possible to build big muscle using only bodyweight training. I also talk about how one might go about doing that. The general rules are:
* Make sure it’s hard enough by progressing to more difficult movements
* Focus on isolating particular muscle groups when possible
* Slow down the cadence to increase time-under-tension
* Make more intense workouts that push past failure by using drop sets/giant sets/and super sets.
This way you can almost get a bodybuilder physique with just bodyweight exercise.
