I just shared the ‘nootropic breakfast’, and now here is the ‘anabolic breakfast’. This breaskfast will kick your body into an anabolic overdrive so that you burn fat and build muscle throughout the day ahead. It’s a study looking at phytoecdysteroids when given to mammals. Whether or not spinach would give you benefits anything like that I can’t really say, but it’s certainly an interesting subject and one that I plan to explore further on this blog in future. Stay tuned!
