Most Effective Triceps Workout in 10-15 Minutes

If you work out smart, there’s no need to spend more than 20 minutes on a bodypart or evenĀ less. I demonstrated that with a biceps workout last time, and now here’s a triceps workout you can use to stimulate some real growth in just 10-15 minutes. This is another giant mechanical drop set, which means you’ll be changing from one exercise immediately to another in order to increase time under tension and push through failure. The exercises we’ll be using this time are:

* Weird Bilateral Tricep Kick-Backs
* Dumbbell Runners (Stallone style)
* Faux One Armed Tricep Dips
* Tricep Dips
* Bodyweight Tricep Push Down

There’s no rest between each exercise. Do one circuit, pause for a minute, then start again. Good luck! Hope your arms recover soon…
