The Nootropic Breakfast

Behold! The ‘nootropic breakfast’ – the ideal breakfast for boosting your brain power and productivity throughout the day. I go into detail regarding the individual ingredients in the video, but essentially you will be making a cereal from:

  • Bran flakes
  • Muesli
  • Banana slices
  • Grapes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • and Milk…

It’s super high in fibre and provides you with slow release energy throughout the day. It’s also high in omega 3 fatty acids, potassium, vitamin C, antioxidants, l-tryptophan and other essential amino acids, dopamine, and more!
